By creating an account or using fixmypics.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The service and who provides it

fixmypics.ai is operated by Richard Young, a sole proprietor based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, trading as “fixmypics.ai” (“we,” “us”). The Service is provided “as is.” Features may change and restoration results vary by photo and by AI model; we don't guarantee that any restoration will meet your expectations.

2. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You must own them or have the right to use them. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the restoration service to you (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

upload or create any sexual content involving minors (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities as required by law;
create deepfakes, face-swaps, impersonations, or any non-consensual or misleading depiction of a real person — fixmypics restores photographs you provide; it is not a tool for fabricating or altering people's likenesses;
upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes others' rights or privacy;
upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or security controls, or to access the Service through automated means without permission.

4. Credits and payment

Restoring a photo and previewing the result may be free or may use credits; unlocking a full-resolution download uses credits. New accounts may receive free credits to try the Service. Credit packs are a one-time purchase priced in US dollars (USD); there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are for use within the Service only. Once purchased credits are delivered to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable except where required by law or payment-network rules. Failed restorations may return credits to your account, but that does not create a cash refund. Refunds and credit returns are governed by our Refund policy and applicable law. Prices and credit costs may change. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fixmypics.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (which may be zero during free use).

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
