Refund policy
Credit purchases are final
Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Once credits are delivered to your account, the sale is final and the credits are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law or by payment-network rules. Credits do not expire, so if you do not use them today, they stay available for a future restoration.
Failed restorations
If a restoration fails, the model errors, times out, or returns no usable image, the credits for that job are returned automatically, usually within seconds. That is a credit return inside your account, not a cash refund. You can verify every job and credit return in your account history.
Quality
Previews are free precisely so you can judge the result before spending credits. Because you see the restoration before unlocking, completed unlocks are not refundable for taste, preference, or changed mind. If an unlocked result is clearly defective (corrupted file, wrong image, or a severe technical artifact that was not visible in the preview), we may return the credits for that job.
No subscriptions
There's nothing to cancel: credit packs are not a subscription, and nothing auto-renews. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is then deleted. Closing an account does not create a cash refund for unused credits unless the law requires it.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or the result of a billing error, email [email protected] from your account email with the date and amount. We will investigate billing errors and handle them as required by law and payment-network rules.
